GENERAL

We are the largest East Coast body styling headquarters. To place an order, give us a call at 1.800.SPEED.94, or 610.391.9586. Payment must be made by Visa/Mastercard, Discover, or prepaid Money Order, Certified Check.

SHIPPING
We will do our best to ensure that all orders received by 12:00 noon EST will be processed that same day. All orders are shipped UPS / FedEX, or common carrier, as necessary to insure prompt and safe delivery.

WARRANTY
All warranties are the manufacture’s alone. No warranty beyond that of the manufacturer is expressed or implied.

PRICING
Pricing is subject to change without notice. Due to the prices of importing and current prices aboard, our prices fluctuate weekly.

RETURNS
Here at Strictly Foreign, Inc. Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you need to return an item, call 610.391.9586 to obtain a RETURN AUTORIZATION #. All merchandise may be returned or exchanged subject to the following conditions.

Autorization to return any and all products must be obtained by the buyer from Strictly Foreign in advance and must be made within 10 days of receiving the product. This RGA# must be written on the outside of the package. All packages without RGA# will be refused at the warehouse. All returned products to Strictly Foreign are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Buyer must pay for all Shipping / Handling fees on any and all returns to Strictly Foreign. All products that are approved for return are for store credit only. All products returned for credit must be in the original manufacturer carton in the same condition as it was originally received. Only the original buyer may request for a return of products. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only, and only after warranty has been cleared from original manufacturer will the buyer receive product back. After receipt of goods, Strictly Foreign shall inspect the goods to determine the exact quality and condition of goods received. If Strictly Foreign does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, buyer must accept incurred costs.

Special Orders, Fiberglass body parts and kits, and all electrical or mechanical parts are not returnable. All non stocking special order parts are not returnable.
SPECIAL ORDERS: All special orders require to be paid in full. If there is any cancellation for any reason by the buyer, 50% is forfeited immediately to Strictly Foreign. Strictly Foreign shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates given are approximate only. Buyer shall not be entitled to credit card chargebacks, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery.

INSURANCE
All merchandise that leaves our warehouse has been thoroughly inspected and carefully packed to ensure safe transit. We insure all packages that leave our facility to protect our customers. Law states that the carrier assumes responsibility for its safe delivery at the time of shipment. Claims for loss or damage to the contents should therefore be made to the carrier.

VISIBLE LOSS OR DAMAGE
Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill and signed for by the carrier’s agent. Failure to adequately describe such damage may result in the carrier refusing to honor a damage claim. The carrier will supply the form required to file such a claim.

CONCEALED DAMAGE
If the contents are damaged due to rough handling even though the carton may not show damage, if this is the case, within 24 hours of delivery, file a claim with the carrier (UPS, YELLOW, Airborne, etc.). The carrier is fully responsible for the claim due to the insurance on the package. For all claims, you must save all materials used in the packing. Do not throw away the original box, without this, they will not cover you claim.

LEGALITY
Any equipment sold herein upon which there is a legal limitation as to its use, is sold only with the intent that the purchaser shall use it in accordance with Federal and State laws of the state where such use will take place. Strictly Foreign Inc. ,Shall not be responsible for any consequential, incidental or contingent damages, or costs incurred of any kind what so ever; including, but not limited to the cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to goods sold by Strictly Foreign, Inc.

Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and Stated Safety crash guidelines, Strictly Foreign is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment or act of nature/god. All (aero components) are only recommended and legal to be used for off-highway use or show only! Buyer understands that all (aero components) may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights/side marker indicators. (aero components) require some prep work before paint; we are not responsible for any extra-incurred fees, material fees, and storage fees for unexpected labor your body shop/paint shop charges. We strongly RECOMMEND you only have highly skilled body shop / technician install and paint (aero components) for factory or show quality look.
